CPYSL Adopts 8v8 Small Sided Games for U11 & U12

U11 and U12 to change to 8v8
At the October 7, 2009 Board meeting of CPYSL, it was passed that the league will transition to small sided games for both U11 and U12. Beginning with the fall 2010 season, U11 will be 8v8 and beginning with the fall 2011 season, U12 will be 8v8. No current team playing 11v11 will have to change to 8v8.
