CYSA uses TeamSnap as our registration platform. The registration form may seem like an individual or player registration, however it is for team registration. Please use the link above to register and follow the steps to submit payment.
Once registration is complete and the team fee is paid, please contact dhose@comcast.net
The team roster will also need to be completed and signed by all rostered members. CLICK HERE to view/print out the form.
